**「口罩按月短缺百分比」- 假設在未來一個月（ 三十天）以每人每天使用一個口罩為基礎，當區受惠組別人士缺乏口罩數量的百分比定義為「口罩按月短缺百分比」。如果某受惠組別在某月所需的三十個口罩中缺乏六個，其「口罩按月短缺百分比」就是20%。當某地區某受惠組別「口罩按月短缺百分比」為50%, 那就是該受惠組別人士所需要的三十個口罩中缺乏十五個。

**Mask Shortage Ratio (%）is defined as the fraction of the number of mask shortage of each target beneficiary in next 30 days to meet with targeted 30 mask per month assuming each beneficiary is benchmarked with using one mask per day. For instance, when someone faces mask shortage of 6 pieces out of 30 pieces required in the following month, the mask shortage ratio is 20%. If the mask shortage ratio (%) of a specific beneficial group is 50%, it means each beneficiary will suffer from a shortage of 15 pieces out of targeted 30 pieces.
